It ended up messing with my work plans, which was really frustrating. I’m not being unreasonable here, right? I don’t think I’d use them again after this

I ordered from Scaffold Solutions and it wasn’t the best experience. The items did turn up in the end, but delivery took longer than I expected and the communication was poor. When I tried to get updates, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give a clear answer, which was frustrating. The product itself was okay, nothing special, but for the price I expected a smoother service. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I don’t think I’d use them again unless I had no other option.

I dealt with them recently the communication really stood out in a bad way. Replies took ages, and when they did come through, they weren’t very clear. The website was really easy to use and I found the scaffold parts I needed quickly. The filters were handy and saved me from clicking around for ages. It worked well on my phone too, which is always a bonus. Checkout was straightforward with no confusing bits. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d definitely recommend giving it a go

Delivery was fine and the kit feels solid for the money. Overall I’m happy with what I paid, even if it took a bit of effort to get there.

I bought this from Scaffold Solutions and expected the instructions to be fairly clear, especially for something like scaffolding. Unfortunately they were really poor, the diagrams were tiny, some steps seemed to skip important bits, and a few parts didn’t look like they matched what was actually in the box.

I ordered after sending over a few technical questions about the fittings and load, but the reply I got felt generic. It came back quickly, which was good, but it felt like nobody had properly read what I was asking. One of the parts they suggested didn’t really match what I needed.

I ordered a scaffold tower from scaffolding-direct.co.uk i’m annoyed I wasted so much time worrying because of the rubbish I’ve seen from other places before. This one actually feels strong, not cheap or flimsy, and the quality is clearly decent.
Everything fitted together properly, which shouldn’t feel like a surprise, but apparently it does these days. The boards feel solid underfoot and there were no bent bits or dodgy welds, which was exactly the sort of thing I was expecting someone to mess up.
I’ve used it a few times now and I’m still happy with it. No complaints about the tower at all, just irritated that so many other suppliers make you expect the worst. I’d buy from them again...

I ordered from scaffolding-direct.co.uk and the courier got everything to me in one piece. The tracking wasn’t great, and it turned up later in the day than expected, but the driver was helpful once it arrived. Not perfect, but still a decent experience overall, if that makes sense. 4 stars from me.

I had a small issue after delivery because one little piece was missing... but customer support got back to me quickly!! It took about a day or so to get everything sorted, but it was all fine in the end!!!

Most of the parts fit okay, which is kind of what I expected, but a few pieces didn’t line up quite right. I figured it might be the usual hit-or-miss thing with these kinds of parts, so it wasn’t a huge surprise, just a little annoying.

I was hoping the sales support team would be more helpful, but it didn’t really do much for me. I left feeling a bit disappointed and still didn’t get the guidance I needed.

The product info was laid out really clearly, which made it easy to compare a few options. I could get a good idea of the sizes, what parts were included, and what would probably work for my project without doing a ton of guessing. It made the whole ordering process a lot less stressful. Always nice when a site gives you about as much info as you need without making you dig for it.

I ordered this around the beginning of the month, or maybe it was late last month, I can’t remember exactly, but the delivery ended up being late again. Annoying, especially since I was expecting it sooner.

Putting the frame together was straightforward, so no complaints there. But after just a few jobs, some of the joints already feel a little loose, which is... not super reassuring. It’s still usable, sure, but I was kind of expecting something a bit more solid for the job. Guess I was aiming a little too high.

I ordered some scaffold parts and the box turned up in a right state, split open, tape hanging off, and a few bits basically poking out. Most of it was there luckily, but it really didn’t look like anyone had taken much care with it. When I raised it, I just got the usual “that’s our policy” kind of excuse, which was frustrating considering what I paid for delivery. Expected a lot better, to be honest, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

So, the replacement parts were there, which was good, I guess, but the selection felt kind of limited. And, the parts took ages to arrive, so that was frustrating

The scaffolding showed up with a few bent parts and the boards were scratched, which was just really frustrating. I contacted them about it, but I’m still waiting on a proper reply. Not a great experience so far.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I kept checking back and wondering if it was still being processed or if I needed to follow up, which was a little annoying. In the end it worked out, just a slower experience than I would’ve liked
